THE DUN DOLLAR
More than 30 years ago, when President d'Estaing of France was introduced to President Gerald Ford he asked, "Why do you destroy your own currency?" If he could see us now.
What's it all about? The departure from reality or normality commands radical reasoning. Perhaps this will do the dollar in by the inherent runaway inflation. Wouldn't that present an ideal time to usher in that North American money system? The Amero (have you seen the photos?) would serve Canada, Mexico and the USA.
With the Yankee dollar done and dun, all the folks in the area will welcome new currency. Change and hope.
It's all so simple.

"Jim! I'm surprised to see you back at the bar. What happened to your pledge?"
"I heard that Jeb Bush is running for the big job in 2012. What more can I say?"

NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE
Our world has lived through sixty years of oppression, bitter unrest and injustice due to the promises and bones broken in Palestine. The birth of modern Israel in 1948 was the result of the vigorous efforts of the USA and the UN. The extent to which the situation has deteriorated causes the Muslim and Arab world to regard America as a bully. After all, we and that last hope for peace - the United Nations - separated Palestinians from their land, farms, homes, and businesses. We have financed and armed their occupiers ever since the beginning. In UN sessions, we have blocked by veto nearly every attempt to condemn Israel's illegal actions.
Christianity sprang from the ancient people in Israel and Palestine. Maybe that makes it difficult for most Americans to be objective, otherwise there would be outrage over Israel's original covenant with the UN to work for two states - one Israel and the other Palestine. The UN pronouncement promised that two nations would come out of the 1948 accord.
Also, Israel pledged to produce a constitution to embody its laws and protect the equal rights of its inhabitants. That never happened. Sixty years, and Israel still has no constitution.
What decent person is not jolted by the reluctance of our leaders to speak out for mercy and compassion? Listen to them: Harry Reid blames Hamas, George W. Bush supports Israel, so does Nancy Pelosi, and the promising bringer of hope and change is strangely silent. Is Obama already playing politics, being coy and unprincipled? Hopeless?
Among the few church leaders calling for a halt to the Gaza bloodbath are the dozen or so rabbis who participated in antiwar rallies in major American cities over the weekend. Pat Buchanan called the Congress: Israeli occupied territory. He must have been thinking of the domineering influence of AIPAC, the lobby of Israel, which pulls the strings on too many lawmakers.
Be informed and be careful not to be misinformed about the events of the past few months. There was a six-month truce set to end in late December. All was quiet for at least four of the months until Israeli hiit squads made assassination attempts on Hamas leaders in their homes. Then the Israeli Air Force bombed suspected tunnel areas where Palestinians were smuggling guns and food.
The Hamas military wing retaliated by launching small, very small, rocket attacks on settlements in southern Israel.
It's all so simple.

This book is hot: No Liberty, No Peace is a money-back book you'll like and use. The 100-page novella mixes satire with a dead-serious scenario to restore our lost economic liberties, and explains why public opinion polls are flim flam, the Fed is "the mother of all swindles," tariffs can save our economy, income taxes destroy enterprise, gold always keeps it promises, and the martyrdom of Irwin Schiff,
